QS ImpACT councils are formed by young leaders in communities all around the world, who work together and contribute towards a regenerative future, through the framework of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations. As a structured group of changemakers, QS ImpACT councils organize actions, encounters, and events to uplift communities from the grassroots. Councils are the beating heart of our community and our delivery vehicle by being in direct contact with their local community.

We invite you to create positive change with your local community! Start a QS ImpACT Council and lead global impACT from your university or city. Amplify your social or environmental impACT, by starting your own or joining an already existing council in your community.
How to start your council?
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. Being part of a QS ImpACT Council will allow you to lead a global impACT while improving your personal and professional skills.
- Create your QS ImpACT profile or sign in if you already have an account.
- Apply to start a council via the 'Our Councils' page or from your profile dashboard.
- Once your application is received and reviewed, an interview will be conducted to get to know you better
- After your council is approved, you can start recruiting and growing your executive team. We will set you up with all the tools, network, and guidance for you to manage a successful council
